Amy Christensen – Managing Partner, Christensen & Prezeau, PLLP With over 25 years of experience in employment law, Amy represents clients in both state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies. She advises employers on a wide range of legal issues, including workplace investigations, discrimination claims, personnel policy development, and FLSA compliance. Amy also regularly trains and supports public and private organizations across Montana.
She is the Co-Chair of the Montana Labor and Employment Law Seminar and serves as Board President of the Helena Youth Soccer Association. Amy is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (B.S., High Honors) and the University of Colorado School of Law (J.D.).
