Helena SHRM Chapter values our dedicated HR Professionals within the Helena Community.  It has been a tradition for many years to recognize HR professionals at the end of every year by having our active members vote on the HR Leader of the Year. The winner for the year will then be nominated by the Helena SHRM Chapter for the Montana HR Leader of the Year and the winner for the Montana HR Leader of the Year will be selected by past winners and announced at the Montana State SHRM Conference.
