Navigating the Human Rights Bureau Process 

Session Description:

So you have an HRB Complaint: Now What? This presentation is designed to assist you in navigating the Human Rights Bureau process. We will explore what to expect, tips for responding to a Complaint, how to effectively participate in the informal investigation, confidentiality concerns, and post-complaint retaliation claims. 

Speaker: Sarah Mazanec, Attorney

Sarah Mazanec is an attorney with the Drake Law Firm in Helena. Her practice areas include civil litigation, employment law, insurance litigation, and administrative law. Ms. Mazanec earned her B.A. degree from Seattle University and her master's degree in education from Montana State University. Ms. Mazanec graduated first in her class from the University of Montana Law School. She is a member of the State Bar of Montana, Montana Trial Lawyers Association and the First Judicial District Bar Association.
