An Introduction to Successfully Aligning In-Person/Hybrid/Remote Work

Over the past few years, hybrid and remote work options have transitioned from an experiment to becoming a strategic workforce lever .  Today's business and HR leaders feel the challenge of balancing business expectations and performance with employee flexibility and autonomy.  In this discussion, we will introduce the latest data, workplace culture considerations, and setting clear expectations that help ensure success for the employee, the team, and the organization.

Mary brings over three decades of leadership experience to Bright Path clients. She has held multiple leadership positions focused on driving organizational effectiveness and end-to-end talent development in public and privately held organizations ranging from high tech to healthcare and financial institutions. Her expertise includes executive coaching, strategy setting, succession & transition planning, workforce re-engineering, as well as deep practitioner expertise in every aspect of leadership development & organizational effectiveness. In addition to Mary’s client work, she is very passionate about developing our leaders of tomorrow. She taught 300 level classes at Central Washington University focused on contemporary business issues and leadership development. She was also an advisor and designer for the University of Washington’s Learning & Professional Development certificate program. Her current passion project is designing a mentor framework for rural girls to connect with businesswomen across the country. Mary sits on the advisory board for the Rocky Mountain Businesswomen’s Center, and is an active member of her community.
