Workplace Connection and Belonging

Are you interested in simple ways to improve your workplace culture, morale and employee recruitment & retention?

Employees want to feel accepted, seen, heard and valued by their supervisor, coworkers and employer.  Simple culture adjustments can make immediate impact on your culture, employee recruitment and retention!

Human beings are wired for connection and belonging.  Connection happens when people are seen, heard, and valued.  Belonging is when people are accepted for who they are.  Research shows that connection and belonging enhances our quality of life and positively influences our mental and physical health. I will share experiences of how schools are increasing student engagement through low-burden, high-impact strategies focused on connection and belonging.  These strategies are transferable to any situation or environment where you want people to feel seen, heard, and valued.
