Every Shipley Communication intervention is founded on the realization that each individual has unique strengths and motivations. The 4 Lenses™ assessment is a proven personality assessment which helps organizations build a solid understanding of the innate talent and potential of its individuals. The 4-Lenses™ instrument was created from the research of the Myers Briggs’ Personality Type Indicator, as well as David Keirsey’s modifications to this instrument in his book, Please Understand Me. This instrument has been simplified to create a more enjoyable experience with longer-lasting application retention.

This training will be offered in person and via zoom.  If you attend in person we will have a lunch option available .  The training will be at The Career Training Institute Downtown, 347 N. Last Chance Gulch, Helena MT.   Parking is available behind the building on Jackson street.
