Best Practices for Employee Onboarding

Presentation Description:

This interactive session will discuss establishing best practices as it relates to onboarding new employees. Only 12% of employees indicate that their employer does a good to great job of onboarding. We all agree this is a critical first step to introducing employees to our organizations, our culture, our teams and the work we are doing…..but we are busy, short staffed, and don’t always get it right the first time. This session will talk about some of the successes and failures found in the onboarding process and explore avenues for continued improvement and identify some best practices along the way.
