Rebecca Morgan, CEO, Spark Creative

With experience in business strategy, organizational development, and communications, Rebecca Morgan is the founder and CEO of Spark Creative, where she spends her days focusing on the 3 important P’s of people, processes and planning. Rebecca works with multiple industries and clients. She is particularly passionate about healthcare and has worked extensively with rural and underserved areas in Montana on healthcare workforce development, team development, process improvement and strategic planning. Enthusiastic about people and workforce development, Rebecca has volunteered with the local Big Sky Chapter and the State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2009. Having served in various roles including President of the Big Sky Chapter of SHRM and State Director of the Montana SHRM State Council; she currently serves as the Legislative Director for the Montana SHRM State Council. Rebecca also serves on Montana’s State Workforce Innovation Board advising the Governor on statewide workforce and economic development strategies. Being a lifelong learner, Rebecca holds certifications as a professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She is also a Certified Lean Instructor and shares her enthusiasm and training on lean process improvement whenever the opportunity presents itself. When not working or volunteering, Rebecca enjoys traveling, hiking and obsessing over her garden.
