Creating Boundaries

Session Description:

This discussion will cover everything you might want to know about boundaries. What are boundaries? Why do we need them? How to establish them? Most importantly, how do we follow through? We will discuss different areas of our lives that need boundaries, like boundaries needed in the traditional work place vs. boundaries needed at home, different types of boundaries that we may establish and how we serve others by establishing clear boundaries and taking care of ourselves. We will tie this into how boundaries impact your work and the work of those around you, how this all plays into work/life balance and if that is even possible. Please come prepared to ask questions and think about what area in which you know you need to set better boundaries to help inform a productive and useful conversation.
