Remote Management: Getting Back to the Basics

Session Description:

Managing and leading your teams is challenging enough but having to do so remotely comes with unique challenge. This 1.0-hour online course is designed to provide participants with basic tools to assist in remote management. Topics will include latest research on remote work, learning to get back to the basics of management, and tools to support engagement and performance. This course is intended for current managers and leaders responsible for managing remote employees and HR professionals providing assistance to management and leadership.
