Hannah Bratterud

Learning & Development Consultant | Sales Coach

For more than two decades, Hannah has been developing and refining her approach to designing exceptional employee experiences. Her training in organizational psychology and neuroleadership combined with extensive work experience in multiple industries across the U.S. has proven to her that the key to achieving lasting differentiation in the marketplace is putting employees first in business.

As the founder of Multiplier Consulting Group and Principal for Sales Education Services at Purpose & Performance Group, Hannah helps businesses achieve stronger sales results and build better teams by investing in their most important customers: their employees.

She is passionate about helping people grow by developing professional skills and emotional intelligence, and loves working with leaders on how to positively impact their teams. Hannah enjoys applying these principles in non-professional capacities as well. From dancing Argentine tango to teaching girls’ and women’s empowerment workshops, Hannah applies the people-first approach in her local Bozeman community.
